Property prices for rent in Melaka (Negeri Melaka)

The price per sq.feet in Melaka has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.47. In the following month the price per sq.feet fell to RM 1.38. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 1.42 to RM 1.45 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has risen 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.43 to RM 1.59 during February, and March.

When referring to the price in Melaka (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 1,549. In November This price remains at RM 1,565. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from RM 1,557 to RM 1,629.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 113 % during the last two months.
