Property prices for rent in Puchong (Selangor)
The rent prices in real estate in Puchong, in the Selangor region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Puchong has risen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.35. In November this price barely changed remaining at RM 1.35 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable rise of 128 %. The price per sq.feet has fallen 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.54 to RM 1.42 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Puchong (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 1,601. In November This price remains at RM 1,527. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 179 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from RM 2,184.25 to RM 1,553.5, which means a 71 % fall.
