Property prices for rent in Perak region
The average rent price in the Perak region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.feet in Perak has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.11. In November the price barely changed remaining at RM 1.11 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from RM 1.11 to RM 1.13 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 108 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 1.12 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 1.21 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Perak(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 1,544. In November the price remains at RM 1,513. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 154 % going from RM 1,528.5 to RM 2,361.5. During the last two months the price has gone down 88 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 1,945 a RM 1,720 in February y March.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 2 bedrooms are the most affordable ones. They are 7 % cheaper than the average price in Perak followed by those with 4 with an average price of RM 1,679. The most expensive properties have 1 bedroom. They are 64 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 1,781.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of RM 1.03 / sq.feet being RM 1.22 / sq.feet the average for Perak. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 58 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 1.82 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Terraced House" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of RM 1,766 it is 15 % cheaper than the average in Perak. This is followed by "Warehouse" with a cost of RM 1,564. The most expensive property type is "Condominium" and is 758 % more costly than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of RM 2,348.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Terraced House with a an average price of RM 0.89 / sq.feet, followed by "Condominium" with a price of RM 1.01 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of RM 1.71 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Warehouse" at a price of RM 1.51 / sq.feet.
