Property prices for sale in Ipoh (Perak)
The prices in real estate in Ipoh, in the Perak region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Ipoh has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 285. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 300. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 292.5 to RM 300.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 95 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 296.5 to RM 280.5 during February, and March.

In November This price remains at RM 591,547. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 606,757.5 to RM 689,798. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 88 %, going from RM 648,277.75 to RM 573,176 in February and March.
