The prices in real estate in Johor, in the Negeri Johor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Johor has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 401. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 392 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %, going from RM 396.5 to RM 426 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 411.25 to RM 443 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Johor (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is RM 856,758. In October This price remains at RM 876,286. During the following two months (November, December) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 866,522 to RM 951,742.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 117 % during the last two months.
