The prices in real estate in Kuching, in the Sarawak region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per sq.feet in Kuching has fallen in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 494. In the following month the price per sq.feet decreased to RM 440. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 467 to RM 486.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 476.75 to RM 443.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Kuching (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 945,404. In November This price remains at RM 910,730. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 900,676.5 and RM 886,739 between February and March.
