Property prices for sale in Malacca (Negeri Melaka)
The prices in real estate in Malacca, in the Negeri Melaka region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Malacca has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 342. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 362. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 352 to RM 354 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 353 to RM 329.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Malacca (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in October is RM 302,507, rising in November till RM 323,431. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 312,969 to RM 353,142.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 333,055.75 and RM 318,517 between February and March.
