The prices in real estate in Subang Jaya, in the Selangor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Subang Jaya has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 480. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 518. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %, going from RM 499 to RM 534 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 516.5 to RM 570.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Subang Jaya (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is RM 764,139. In October This price remains at RM 785,909. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 122 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 121 % during the last two months.
