The prices in real estate in Tanjung Bungah, in the Penang region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Tanjung Bungah has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 550. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 583. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 106 %, going from RM 566.5 to RM 600.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 583.5 to RM 643 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Tanjung Bungah (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 1,078,075. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 1,351,297. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 1,214,686 to RM 1,344,968. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 1,279,827 and RM 1,278,226 between February and March.
