Property prices for sale in Johor region
The average price in the Johor region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Johor has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 385. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 396 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 390.5 to RM 394 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 106 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 392.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 415 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Johor(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in October is RM 616,781. In November the price increased to RM 681,188. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from RM 648,984.5 to RM 714,590.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 117 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 681,787.5 a RM 800,057.5.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones. They are 55 % more affordable than the average price in Johor followed by those with 1 with an average price of RM 408,431. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 21 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 447,900.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 339 / sq.feet being RM 415 / sq.feet the average value within the Johor region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 36 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 463 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of RM 878,727 it is 60 % more affordable than the average in Johor. This is followed by "Terraced House" with a price of RM 553,188. The dearest property type is "Commercial" and is 158 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of RM 1,150,000.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Terraced House with a an average cost of RM 352 / sq.feet, followed by "Link House" with a price of RM 366 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of RM 232,079 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 586 / sq.feet.
