The average price in the Johor region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Johor has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 385. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 396 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 390.5 to RM 394 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 106 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 392.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 415 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Johor(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in October is RM 616,781. In November the price increased to RM 681,188. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from RM 648,984.5 to RM 714,590.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 117 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 681,787.5 a RM 800,057.5.
