The average price in the Kuala Lumpur region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Kuala Lumpur has increased in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 523. In October the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 509 per sq.feet. The following two months (November, December) went through an increase of 109 % in the price per sq.feet rising from RM 516 to RM 563.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 539.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 575.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Kuala Lumpur(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample September the average price is RM 745,261. In October the price was the same at RM 753,569. The price in the following months (November, December) had a strong increment of 128 % going from RM 749,415 to RM 962,160. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 135 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 855,787.5 a RM 1,155,216.

They are 51 % more affordable than the average price in Kuala Lumpur followed by those with 2 with an average price of RM 576,612. The most costly properties have 1 bedroom. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 102 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 678 / sq.feet.

With an average cost of RM 924,289 it is 66 % more affordable than the average in Kuala Lumpur. This is followed by "Serviced Residence" with a price of RM 610,889. The dearest property type is "Commercial" and is 414 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of RM 1,618,775.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Apartment with a an average cost of RM 363 / sq.feet, followed by "Terraced House" with a price of RM 482 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of RM 778 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of RM 580 / sq.feet.
