The price per sq.feet in Melaka has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 262. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 257 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 105 % in the price per sq.feet rising from RM 259.5 to RM 273 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 93 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 266.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 247.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

Average price

Based upon to the price in Melaka (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 473,088. In November the price was the same at RM 453,329. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 463,208.5 to RM 472,342.5. During the last two months the price has reduced 89 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 467,775.5 a RM 415,837.5 in February and March.

Average price per bedrooms
