Property prices for sale in Negeri Selangor region
The average price in the Negeri Selangor region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Selangor has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 377. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 369 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 373 to RM 382.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 377.75 to RM 373.5 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Negeri Selangor(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 717,489. In November the price was the same at RM 688,684. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from RM 703,086.5 to RM 748,669. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 725,877.75 to RM 751,020 during February and March.
