Property prices for sale in Negeri Sembilan region
The average price in the Negeri Sembilan region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Sembilan has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 262. The following month the price decreased to RM 241 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 251.5 to RM 257.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 254.5 to RM 253 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Negeri Sembilan(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. October has an average price of RM 492,519. During November the price had a slight deflation till RM 419,469. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from RM 455,994 to RM 483,750. During the last two months the price has risen 109 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 469,872 a RM 514,104.5 in February and March.
