The average price in the Pahang region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Pahang has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 224. The following month (October) the price increased to RM 238 per sq.feet. In the following two months (November, December) the price per sq.feet has risen strongly to a 134 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 139 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of RM 270.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of RM 375.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Pahang(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample September the average price is RM 369,103. In October the price was the same at RM 352,283. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from RM 360,693 to RM 372,348.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from RM 366,520.75 to RM 376,302 during January and February.

They are 34 % more affordable than the average price in Pahang followed by those with 4 with an average price of RM 379,085. The most costly properties have 2 bedrooms. They are 30 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at RM 380,208.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of RM 206 / sq.feet being RM 376 / sq.feet the average value within the Pahang region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 100 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 628 / sq.feet.

Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Semi Detached House with a an average cost of RM 177 / sq.feet, followed by "Terraced House" with a price of RM 199 / sq.feet. "Serviced Residence" with an average price of RM 836 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 626 / sq.feet.
