The average price in the Perak region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.

The price per sq.feet in Perak has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 265. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 262 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 263.5 to RM 271 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has decreased 90 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 267.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 240.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).

Average price

Based upon to the price in Perak(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 464,630. In November the price was the same at RM 449,345. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 122 % going from RM 456,987.5 to RM 557,436. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 82 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 507,211.75 a RM 417,125.5.

Average price per bedrooms

They are 41 % more affordable than the average price in Perak followed by those with 3 with an average price of RM 261,721. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 5 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at RM 310,433.
