When referring to the price in Bangsar (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is RM 5,834. In December This price remains at RM 5,951. During the following two months (January, February) the price has had an average rise from RM 5,892.5 to RM 6,719. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 128 % during the last two months.
