The price per sq.feet in Bangsar has barely changed in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per sq.feet was RM 3.61. In March this price barely changed remaining at RM 3.7 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 3.65 to RM 3.7 per sq.feet. When referring to the price in Bangsar (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for February is RM 8,315. During March the price had a considerable fall till RM 6,305. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable fall of 78 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 106 % during the last two months.
