The price for the following two months in (October, November) fell 95 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.feet has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 2.35 to RM 2.41 during December y January
When referring to the price in Kinabalu (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during August, the average price is RM 2,383. In September This price remains at RM 2,383. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable rise of 120 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 115 % during the last two months.
