Property prices for rent in Mak Mandin (Penang)

The price per sq.feet in Mak Mandin has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose considerably to RM 1.55. The price for the following two months in (December, January) fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable fall of 41 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.21 to RM 0.5 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Mak Mandin (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 1,598. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 1,900. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 720 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from RM 7,173.75 to RM 1,813, which means a 25 % fall.
