Property prices for rent in Selangor (Negeri Selangor)
The rent prices in real estate in Selangor, in the Negeri Selangor region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per sq.feet in Selangor has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.33. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose considerably to RM 1.54. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable rise of 120 %. The price per sq.feet has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 1.58 to RM 1.6 during February y March
When referring to the price in Selangor (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 1,961. In November This price remains at RM 1,995. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from RM 1,978 to RM 2,011. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 1,994.5 and RM 2,065 between February and March.

The properties with the most expensive average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 242 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at RM 2.37 / sq.feet.

According to the average cost per sq.feet, the most affordable property is "Detached House" at an average price of RM 0.76 / sq.feet followed by "Condominium" priced at RM 1.13 / sq.feet. "Terraced House" is the most expensive type of property with a RM 5.01 / sq.feet value followed by "Commercial" with an average price of RM 2.49 / sq.feet.
