When referring to the price in Sentul (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during May, the average price is RM 2,349. In June This price remains at RM 2,357. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from RM 2,353 to RM 2,329.5. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 2,341.25 and RM 2,245.5 between September and October.
