Property prices for rent in Shah Alam (Selangor)

During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 203 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from RM 2,926 to RM 1,796.5, which means a 61 % fall.
