Property prices for rent in Ss2 (Selangor)
The rent prices in real estate in Ss2, in the Selangor region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per sq.feet in Ss2 has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.54. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose considerably to RM 1.78. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable rise of 130 %. The price per sq.feet has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 1.91 to RM 1.97 during February y March
When referring to the price in Ss2 (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 2,233. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 2,925. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable rise of 153 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 111 % during the last two months.

At a price of RM 3,236 they are 81 % more affordable than the average price for Ss2 . The properties with the lowest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 2 % more affordable than the average. After that we have properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 2,714.
According to average price per property type in Ss2, "" priced at RM 7,514 is 132 % more expensive than the average price (RM 3,236) in this city.
