Property prices for rent in Taiping (Perak)
The rent prices in real estate in Taiping, in the Perak region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Taiping has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.21. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose to RM 1.36. The price for the following two months in (December, January) fell 90 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.feet has fallen 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 1.22 to RM 1.13 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Taiping (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 1,800. In November This price remains at RM 1,758. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from RM 1,779 to RM 1,711. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 105 % during the last two months.
