Property prices for rent in Ulu Langat (Selangor)
The rent prices in real estate in Ulu Langat, in the Selangor region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Ulu Langat has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 2.23. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose to RM 2.46. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from RM 2.35 to RM 2.45 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has fallen 86 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 2.4 to RM 2.07 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Ulu Langat (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 2,224. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 2,581. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average rise from RM 2,402.5 to RM 2,556.5. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 85 %, going from RM 2,479.5 to RM 2,116 in February and March.
