The average rent price in the Negeri Kedah region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Kedah has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.06. In December the price barely changed remaining at RM 1.04 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 106 % in the rent price per sq.feet rising from RM 1.05 to RM 1.12 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has risen 113 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price RM 1.08 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price RM 1.23 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Negeri Kedah(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is RM 1,977. In December the price remains at RM 1,891. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from RM 1,934 to RM 1,888.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 128 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 1,911.25 a RM 2,445.

Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 2 bedrooms are the most expensive ones with a price of RM 2 / sq.feet being RM 1.21 / sq.feet the average for Negeri Kedah. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 7090 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 2 / sq.feet.
