Property prices for rent in Negeri Perak region

The price per sq.feet in Negeri Perak has barely changed in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.11. The following month (December) the price rose to RM 1.17 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from RM 1.14 to RM 1.13 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 1.13 to RM 1.16 during March and April.

When referring to the price in Negeri Perak(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is RM 1,445. In December the price remains at RM 1,476. The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from RM 1,460.5 to RM 1,588. During the last two months the price has gone down 93 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 1,524.25 a RM 1,411.5 in March y April.

They are 27 % cheaper than the average price in Negeri Perak followed by those with 3 with an average price of RM 1,348. The most expensive properties have 1 bedroom. They are 1309 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at RM 1,678.

Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 2 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of RM 1 / sq.feet being RM 1.16 / sq.feet the average for Negeri Perak. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 11146 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 1 / sq.feet.
