Property prices for rent in Negeri Selangor region
The average rent price in the Negeri Selangor region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Negeri Selangor has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 1.4. In November the price barely changed remaining at RM 1.4 per sq.feet. In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per sq.feet has increased notably to a 117 %. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 1.52 to RM 1.47 during February and March.
When referring to the price in Negeri Selangor(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 1,719. In November the price remains at RM 1,666. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 281 % going from RM 1,692.5 to RM 4,754. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 51 % with respect to the previous four months going from RM 3,223.25 a RM 1,657.5.

Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of RM 1.03 / sq.feet being RM 1.47 / sq.feet the average for Negeri Selangor. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 86 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 2.17 / sq.feet.

With an average cost of RM 1,640 it is 10 % cheaper than the average in Negeri Selangor. This is followed by "Condominium" with a cost of RM 1,709. The most expensive property type is "House" and is 1756 % more costly than the average, followed by "Apartment" with a cost of RM 6,098.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Warehouse with a an average price of RM 1.04 / sq.feet, followed by "Commercial" with a price of RM 1.49 / sq.feet. "Apartment" with an average price of RM 1.83 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 1.81 / sq.feet.
