Property prices for sale in Air Itam (Penang)
The prices in real estate in Air Itam, in the Penang region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Air Itam has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 413. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 395 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 110 %, going from RM 404 to RM 445 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 109 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 424.5 to RM 463 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Air Itam (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for October is RM 852,750. During November the price had a slight fall till RM 802,875. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 827,812.5 to RM 933,300. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 138 % during the last two months.
