The prices in real estate in Batu, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Batu has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 452. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 441 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 446.5 to RM 465 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 455.75 to RM 513.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Batu (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in October is RM 679,029, rising in November till RM 744,459. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 711,744 to RM 775,354. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.
