The prices in real estate in Bukit Tunku, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Bukit Tunku has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 907. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 885 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 107 %, going from RM 896 to RM 956 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 926 to RM 1,001.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Bukit Tunku (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is RM 5,017,185. In October This price remains at RM 5,134,138. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 120 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 131 % during the last two months.
