The price per sq.feet in City Centre has remained the same in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per sq.feet was RM 800. In June this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 806 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 803 to RM 822.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 812.75 to RM 844.5 during September y October
Based upon to the price in City Centre (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for May is RM 1,936,198. During June the price had a slight fall till RM 1,694,606. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable reduction of 78 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 112 % during the last two months.
