Property prices for sale in Cyberjaya (Selangor)
The prices in real estate in Cyberjaya, in the Selangor region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Cyberjaya has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 429. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 444 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (December, January) decreased 91 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 416.25 to RM 431.5 during February y March
