The prices in real estate in Jinjang, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Jinjang has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 332. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 361. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 346.5 to RM 347.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 347 to RM 348.5 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Jinjang (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 386,275. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 448,650. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 417,462.5 to RM 408,608.5. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 90 %, going from RM 413,035.5 to RM 371,143 in February and March.
