Property prices for sale in Jitra (Negeri Kedah)
The prices in real estate in Jitra, in the Negeri Kedah region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Jitra has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 194. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 198 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 113 %, going from RM 196 to RM 221.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 208.75 to RM 193.5 during February, and March.
