In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 355 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 351 to RM 368 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 359.5 to RM 363 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Kempas (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 908,444. In November This price remains at RM 873,300. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 125 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 132 % during the last two months.
