The prices in real estate in Kl City, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kl City has increased during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per sq.feet was RM 910. In February this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 937 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 115 %, going from RM 923.5 to RM 1,060 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 991.75 to RM 886 during May, and June.
