The prices in real estate in Klang, in the Negeri Selangor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Klang has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 347. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 381. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 364 to RM 375 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 369.5 to RM 374.5 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Klang (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is RM 573,669. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 682,669. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 628,169 to RM 654,111. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 641,140 and RM 628,406.5 between February and March.
