The prices in real estate in Klang, in the Negeri Selangor region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Klang has remained the same in the last 6 months. In June, the average price per sq.feet was RM 338. In July this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 340 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 105 %, going from RM 339 to RM 356.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 95 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 347.75 to RM 330 during October, and November.
Based upon to the price in Klang (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during June, is RM 727,900. During July the price went through a considerable rise reaching RM 906,335. During the following two months (August, September) the average price had a considerable increase of 115 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from RM 879,150.75 to RM 637,420, which means a 73 % fall.
