The prices in real estate in Klang, in the Negeri Selangor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Klang has increased during the last 6 months. In February, the average price per sq.feet was RM 333. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 332 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 110 %, going from RM 332.5 to RM 365.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 349 to RM 350 during June y July
Based upon to the price in Klang (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for February is RM 1,125,503. During March the price had a slight fall till RM 976,948. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable reduction of 80 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from RM 944,547.25 to RM 450,589, which means a 48 % fall.
