Property prices for sale in Kulim (Negeri Kedah)
The prices in real estate in Kulim, in the Negeri Kedah region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Kulim has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 222. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 227 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable increment of 118 %. The price per sq.feet has decreased 92 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 244.25 to RM 224 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Kulim (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 355,179. In November This price remains at RM 363,263. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 359,221 to RM 385,277.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 372,249.25 and RM 378,656 between February and March.
