The prices in real estate in Oug, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Oug has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 476. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 479 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 117 %. The price per sq.feet has increased 105 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 517.75 to RM 545.5 during January, and February.

In October This price remains at RM 900,806. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 145 % with regard to the previous two months.
