The price per sq.feet in Petaling Jaya has remained the same in the last 6 months. In April, the average price per sq.feet was RM 564. In May this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 580 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 572 to RM 574.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 573.25 to RM 601.5 during August y September
Based upon to the price in Petaling Jaya (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is RM 840,235. In May This price remains at RM 856,992. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable increase of 133 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.
