The price per sq.feet in Petaling Jaya has fallen in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per sq.feet was RM 632. In the following month the price per sq.feet decreased to RM 578. The price for the following two months in (April, May) decreased 95 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of RM 588.5 to RM 574.5 during June y July
Based upon to the price in Petaling Jaya (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for February is RM 1,463,977. During March the price had a considerable reduction till RM 961,305. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable reduction of 70 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 110 % during the last two months.
