Property prices for sale in Puchong (Selangor)
The prices in real estate in Puchong, in the Selangor region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Puchong has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 359. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 374 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 114 %, going from RM 366.5 to RM 416.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 86 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 391.5 to RM 337.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Puchong (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 512,637. In November This price remains at RM 496,099. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 162 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 111 % during the last two months.
