Property prices for sale in Sekinchan (Selangor)

The price per sq.feet in Sekinchan has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 289. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 293 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (December, January) decreased 86 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has increased 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 271.25 to RM 288.5 during February, and March.

Based upon to the price in Sekinchan (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 382,375. In November This price remains at RM 383,500. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 89 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 362,093.75 and RM 365,000 between February and March.
