The prices in real estate in Sungai Besi, in the Kuala Lumpur region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per sq.feet in Sungai Besi has fallen in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per sq.feet was RM 561. In the following month the price per sq.feet decreased to RM 516. The price for the following two months in (May, June) decreased 92 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 518.25 to RM 482 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Sungai Besi (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is RM 630,166. In April This price remains at RM 629,666. During the following two months (May, June) the price has had an average incrementation from RM 629,916 to RM 692,310.
