The prices in real estate in Sungai Dua, in the Penang region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Sungai Dua has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 375. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 380 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has increased 106 %, going from RM 377.5 to RM 402 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 105 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 389.75 to RM 410.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Sungai Dua (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in October is RM 359,525, rising in November till RM 406,713. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 119 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 120 % during the last two months.
