The prices in real estate in Tanah Rata, in the Negeri Pahang region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Tanah Rata has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 418. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 428 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 423 to RM 432 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 427.5 to RM 461.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Tanah Rata (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is RM 366,417. In November This price remains at RM 359,636. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 363,026.5 to RM 368,452.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 122 % during the last two months.
