The prices in real estate in Trengganu, in the Negeri Terengganu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Trengganu has increased during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was RM 93. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased to RM 105. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 99 to RM 103 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has decreased 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 101 to RM 90 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Trengganu (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is RM 280,043. In December This price remains at RM 276,061. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 278,052 to RM 280,794.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 133 % during the last two months.
