The prices in real estate in Usj, in the Selangor region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Usj has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.feet was RM 449. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 455 per sq.feet. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has barely changed, going from RM 452 to RM 471.5 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has increased 109 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 461.75 to RM 501.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Usj (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in September is RM 682,967, rising in October till RM 752,299. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 717,633 to RM 737,747.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of RM 727,690.25 and RM 701,401 between January and February.
