The prices in real estate in Usj, in the Selangor region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per sq.feet in Usj has fallen in the last 6 months. In June, the average price per sq.feet was RM 532. In July this price pretty much remained the same at a value of RM 533 per sq.feet. The price for the following two months in (August, September) decreased 93 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has decreased 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 514 to RM 458 during October, and November.
Based upon to the price in Usj (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during June, the average price is RM 1,502,460. In July This price remains at RM 1,560,249. During the following two months (August, September) the average price had a considerable reduction of 73 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from RM 1,326,496.5 to RM 757,457.5, which means a 57 % fall.
