The prices in real estate in West Coast Division, in the Sabah region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per sq.feet in West Coast Division has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per sq.feet was RM 14,493. In the following month the price per sq.feet decreased considerably to RM 1,743. The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable decrease of 78 with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable deflation of 60 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of RM 7,233.25 to RM 4,346.5 during August, and September.
Based upon to the price in West Coast Division (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for April is RM 1,589,146. During May the price had a considerable reduction till RM 1,145,535. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from RM 1,367,340.5 to RM 1,395,573.5. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from RM 1,381,457 to RM 1,303,290 in August and September.
