Property prices for sale in Penang region
The average price in the Penang region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Penang has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 466. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 447 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 456.5 to RM 478.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 467.5 to RM 485 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Penang(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 638,963. In November the price was the same at RM 644,996. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 128 % going from RM 641,979.5 to RM 824,871.5. During the last two months the price has reduced 95 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 733,425.5 a RM 695,861 in February and March.

They are 40 % more affordable than the average price in Penang followed by those with 1 with an average price of RM 482,813. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 24 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at RM 546,478.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 3 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of RM 493 / sq.feet being RM 491 / sq.feet the average value within the Penang region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 51 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of RM 532 / sq.feet.

With an average cost of RM 719,941 it is 54 % more affordable than the average in Penang. This is followed by "Condominium" with a price of RM 648,123. Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Terraced House with a an average cost of RM 207 / sq.feet, followed by "House" with a price of RM 467 / sq.feet. "Apartment" with an average price of RM 532 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Condominium" at a price of RM 522 / sq.feet.
