The average price in the Penang region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Penang has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was RM 466. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at RM 447 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from RM 456.5 to RM 478.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of RM 467.5 to RM 485 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Penang(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is RM 638,963. In November the price was the same at RM 644,996. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 128 % going from RM 641,979.5 to RM 824,871.5. During the last two months the price has reduced 95 % compared to the previous average values going from RM 733,425.5 a RM 695,861 in February and March.
